SuperSport Schools Acknowledges Internet Disruption Affecting Services
We would like to inform our viewers that the current ongoing internet issue is affecting production and certain events in some parts of the country. This disruption is due to the damage of four out of nine subsea cables, resulting in widespread internet issues experienced by many since Thursday, 14 March.
As a live-streaming platform heavily reliant on internet connectivity for content delivery, this has unfortunately impacted our ability to provide seamless viewing experiences. Some footage may not be available on hand or may appear distorted due to these challenges, the recording (VOD) will be rendered and uploaded onto the App for later viewing.
Unfortunately, we suspect that this will be the case, up until the damaged subsea cables have been restored. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We look forward to continuing to bring you the sport that you care about most.
